  • We currently ship knives within the United States only.
  • For international inquiries, please email us at blade_tips@icloud.com to discuss alternative payment and shipping options.
  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase knives from our store.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the item in your jurisdiction.

🚚 Carriers & Packaging

  • All knives are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on the item and destination.
  • Products are securely packaged, either fully sheathed or disassembled and wrapped to ensure safe transit.

⚠️ Legal Compliance

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding knife ownership, possession, and import.
  • BladeTips.net is not liable for shipments seized or delayed due to legal restrictions in your area.

📬 Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the claim is approved by the carrier.
  • Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, BladeTips.net is not responsible for loss or theft. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking updates.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

ATTENTION: Fraudulent claims or misrepresentation related to received shipments or transactions are strictly prohibited. If a customer falsely reports non-receipt of an item, leading to an investigation that later confirms delivery, the customer may be subject to legal action, including claims of mail fraud under federal law. Additionally, BladeTips.net reserves the right to seek civil remedies for financial losses incurred due to deceptive reporting. In cases where fraudulent claims result in significant financial or material harm, law enforcement authorities may pursue criminal charges, which could lead to penalties, fines, or other legal repercussions. The customer agrees to uphold honesty and accuracy in all communications related to transactions conducted through this website.
