Return and Refund Policy
Final Sale Policy
All products are considered final sale. However, if there is a compelling reason for a return, customers may contact us at blade_tips@icloud.com to discuss the possibility of negotiating return terms.
If a return is approved, the following conditions will apply:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered by the shipping carrier, this disqualifies the order from being eligible for a replacement or refund due to loss or theft.
If your package is marked as lost by USPS (i.e., never marked as delivered), please contact us at blade_tips@icloud.com within 15 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with USPS.
Note: USPS requires that all claims for lost packages be submitted within 60 days of the mailing date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for reimbursement.
Eligible Claims for Replacement or Refund
We will offer a replacement or refund if your order meets any of the following conditions:
- Lost in Transit: The package is confirmed lost by USPS (or the carrier) and tracking never shows it as delivered.
- Damaged on Arrival: The item arrives visibly damaged or broken. Photo evidence must be provided within 7 days of delivery.
- Wrong Item Received: You received an item different from what you ordered.
- Missing Items: Part of your order is missing, and it’s confirmed by our packing records.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages).
- You must provide proof of purchase and, if applicable, photos of the item and packaging.
- The shipping address provided at checkout must be correct.
